About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on an AI-driven software development lifecycle transformation program
Design, implement, and evolve agentic workflows that transform the SDLC for the development teams of a strategic client in the benefits industry
Customize and configure generative AI platforms for specific SDLC needs, including skills, personas, prompts, and contexts
Develop and maintain agentic workflows integrated with the development pipeline (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD)
Integrate AI agents into multiple stages of the SDLC: analysis, refinement, development, testing, and deployment
Tune agent parameters and strategies for optimal performance at each stage
Plan and execute the AI infrastructure roadmap in collaboration with the AI Orchestrator
Automate development stages while maintaining quality, security, and compliance standards (SonarQube, Veracode, test coverage)
Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with using agents in production environments
Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in implemented AI solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid software development experience (Java, Python, or similar)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitFlow, SonarQube)
Experience with cloud computing, especially AWS (Lambda, SQS, S3)
Practical knowledge of generative AI tools applied to software development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
Ability to write and review prompts, configure agents, and evaluate output quality
Understanding of code quality practices, including automated testing, BDD, and SAST
Experience with agentic frameworks and methodologies (AISDD, Spec-Kit, or similar)
Knowledge of microservices architecture (Spring Boot, Quarkus)
Familiarity with workflow observability tools (Flow Ops, Databricks, or similar)
Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple teams or squads operating simultaneously
Experience in the benefits industry or with fintechs
