Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3x/week) in the Bogotá office
  • Advanced English level for daily verbal communication
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand non-technical users
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI and AI agents, with ability to build and implement practical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to explore AI process improvements
  • Proactive and hands-on mindset with a bias toward experimentation and action
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize opportunities, and move quickly from idea to working prototype
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders
  • User-focused mindset and willingness to iterate based on real-world feedback
