About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on the Enabling Squad as a catalyst for Agentic SDLC transformation at a major Latin American mobility company
- Enable processes and establish technical engineering and artificial intelligence capabilities within pilot squads
- Ensure the continuous evolution of the client’s agentic development platform
- Ensure adoption of the AI ecosystem and tools within pilot squads, acting as an Advisor and technical partner
- Identify friction points, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve the agentic solution
- Propose and prioritize the framework’s enhancement backlog
- Develop and refactor agentic workflows, agent bundles, and the automated instantiation of skills and repositories
- Train and mentor developers in AI usage practices, Harness Engineering, executable acceptance criteria, and Evals
- Establish and mature software engineering capabilities within the squads
- Implement isolated component tests using WireMock and in-memory databases, integrated test suites, and blocking validations in CI/CD
- Support the design and validation of automated deployment pipelines based on automated risk scoring
- Prepare teams to operate autonomously while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong foundation in Software Engineering
- Deep knowledge of modularity, separation of concerns, testability, maintainability, resilience, and clean interfaces
- Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, and unit, component, and end-to-end test automation
- Experience with Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver production-grade Generative AI and LLM solutions
- Practical expertise in Agentic AI and RAG patterns, including tool use, function calling, orchestration, Human-in-the-Loop workflows, and guardrails
- Knowledge of Agentic SDLC, coding agents, refactoring and code review agents, and integration with developer tools
- Knowledge of multi-agent systems and long-running execution workflows
- Expertise in embeddings, vector search, chunking, and reranking
- Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs or GraphRAG
- Proficiency with AI frameworks or SDKs such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, Strands, or similar technologies
- Hands-on experience with multiple LLM providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, and AWS Bedrock
- Expertise in AI Evals and Observability, including quality metrics, tracing, latency, token consumption, failure analysis, and cost management
- Experience with Datadog LLM Observability, LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, or related solutions
- Previous experience as an Enabler or technical mentor in digital transformation and large-scale AI adoption is a plus
- Experience with Shift-Left Quality and Quality Built-In practices in CI/CD pipelines is a plus
