Code software solutions from architecture through tested code, using the agentic SDLC and AI as development accelerators
Resolve performance issues across healthcare application journeys
Lead development using Angular, Node.js, and Spring Boot for the AWS cloud
Remain accountable for the application delivered to production
Participate in strategically mapping the current environment and defining the target architecture
Contribute to the modernization plan for healthcare portals
Gather, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements with business and technology teams
Build, customize, and orchestrate agents, skills, subagents, commands, and harnesses
Apply microservices, event-driven systems, queues, CI/CD, TDD, and automation
Translate requirements into viable, simple, and scalable technical solutions
Evaluate solutions, agents, and skills through evals, testing, and red teaming
Apply Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies, documenting activities and proposing continuous improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior-level experience in Java development with Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js
Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and application deployment
Strong command of modern architectures, including microservices, event-driven systems, queues, CI/CD, and TDD
Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Miro
Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Strong communication skills for collaborating with business and technology teams
Analytical ability and critical thinking to assess requests and translate them into solutions
Experience with or familiarity with the agentic SDLC and using AI as a development accelerator (preferred)
