Map, diagnose, and modernize legacy systems
Ensure application performance and reliability
Modernize legacy systems using EJB, JSP, WebSphere, and Java 8
Transform legacy systems into modern microservices using Java 25 and Angular
Analyze and document components of legacy systems with the assistance of AI
Implement development standards and practices that improve efficiency
Work with monitoring, APM, metrics, structured logging, and performance troubleshooting
Work in sprints with incremental deliveries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Daily experience using Claude Code and GitHub
Solid experience with Angular for enterprise applications
Knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, security, and Java 25
Ability to transform monoliths into microservices
Knowledge of SOLID principles
Experience with TDD and DDD
Familiarity with relational databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
Familiarity with NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Redis, and others
Familiarity with Dynatrace and Grafana for monitoring and APM
Experience with continuous optimization and performance troubleshooting, with a focus on metrics and structured logs
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Ability to work in sprints with incremental deliveries
