About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Explore and implement artificial intelligence solutions to optimize the test development process and ensure the quality of the final product
- Contribute to the documentation of testing processes and best practices, promoting continuous improvement in software quality
- Maintain clear and organized communication with all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment
- Plan, develop, and execute software tests, including integration, automated, and exploratory testing
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and define testing requirements
- Ensure that all features meet established quality standards
- Manage the bug life cycle and track fixes
- Ensure that all issues are properly documented, tracked, and resolved
- Contribute to the redesign project for an application that consolidates multiple products from one of Brazil’s largest insurance companies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a QA professional, with a proven track record in software development projects
- Experience using artificial intelligence to develop and optimize tests, including creating and using agents and skills to improve quality processes
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of quality metrics and experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Must be based in Brazil
- Residents of the Campinas Metropolitan Region are required to work from the company’s offices in the city in accordance with the current attendance policy
