About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as CI&T’s CTO for key CPG & Retail clients
Act as a trusted source of technical expertise and guidance, influencing clients’ technology decisions
Turn disruption into practical solutions for the retail ecosystem
Ensure sustainable value for clients and CI&T through omnichannel and e-commerce initiatives
Share responsibility for the account’s commercial and technical health, including its P&L
Ensure the delivery of Agile Software Engineering best practices across Build & Run
Actively incorporate AI into the transformation of PDLC/SDLC cycles
Drive changes to client processes to enable a high level of engineering excellence
Lead and develop senior architects and architecture managers
Map succession plans and talent
Contribute to technical communities and the company’s strategic decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive technical experience with hyperscaler cloud and AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience applying AI to consumer behavior analytics, supply chain resilience, and offer personalization
Strong evidence and consistent case studies demonstrating the application of AI in real-world CPG & Retail scenarios
Experience with Agile Software Engineering across Build & Run, including DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure as Code, and Observability
Experience with PDLC/SDLC cycles
Preferred: experience in the CPG & Retail market, e-commerce and omnichannel architectures, resilient supply chains, consumer behavior analytics, and LGPD
Preferred: experience developing partnerships with hyperscalers and Retail Tech partners
Preferred: contributions to technical communities outside CI&T
Preferred: previous experience at a technology and/or services company
