About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the global annual budget process and monthly SG&A and post-EBIT forecast
- Make the forecast more predictive by building projections based on business drivers
- Develop scenarios and sensitivity analyses to anticipate risks and opportunities
- Ensure forecast accuracy and continuous improvement
- Consolidate and analyze the company’s management P&L
- Translate variance analyses into recommendations for senior management
- Prepare and present performance materials for executive leadership and the Finance Committee
- Support Investor Relations with quarterly analyses and guidance development
- Act as a business partner to corporate function leaders in budget management and the financial evaluation of investments
- Map and redesign management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes using Lean principles
- Lead process automation with AI, including agents, analytical assistants, consolidation, reconciliations, and reporting
- Ensure reliable data in partnership with the BI and IT teams
- Contribute to the evolution of planning tools, including the implementation of Oracle EPM
- Ensure auditable processes that comply with internal controls (SOX)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, including at least 3 years leading FP&A, financial planning, or performance management teams
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling in medium-sized or large, multi-entity companies with international operations
- Strong understanding of the accounting close and IFRS, sufficient to work effectively with Accounting and Audit
- Experience in publicly traded companies or environments subject to SOX requirements
- Track record of redesigning financial processes with measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, or productivity
- Experience leading and developing teams, with a focus on analytical capabilities, autonomy, and the day-to-day use of AI
- Experience in technology services, software, or SaaS companies, with multi-offering P&Ls and different commercial models
- Knowledge of IFRS rules related to financial results
- Experience with Oracle EPM / Planning or other planning tools
- Experience with FinOps for managing AI costs
- Graduate degree or MBA in Finance or Management is a plus
