About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the Squad Leader in the Scrum Master role on strategic data engineering and data science projects
- Work on data projects, including Hedge Accounting projects
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog and portfolio planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Track Agile work requests and initiatives
- Ensure communication between the team and stakeholders, especially business units
- Support the team in understanding and applying Agile methodologies
- Assist in solution design with technical and business teams
- Support the Product Owner with prioritization, refinement, and detailed definition of work requests
- Keep the backlog up to date and prioritized, ensuring clarity and estimation of user stories
- Ensure the proper functioning of the tools used to manage and control the client's Agile processes
- Identify risks and impediments and support their resolution or collaborative escalation
- Track performance metrics and indicators, supporting delivery predictability and quality through PDCA
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams, preferably in data or technology teams
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies beyond Scrum, as well as complementary Agile practices, is desirable
- Knowledge of Jira and project management is desirable
