Design and ship useful digital experiences for customers and internal teams
Start with customer problems and develop solutions
Design Claude Code harnesses for coding agent infrastructure
Steer Claude Code to build software efficiently
Develop and maintain web applications using C#, .NET, Angular, React, and CSS frameworks
Design and ship secure, clean, efficient, and maintainable user interfaces and front-end components
Participate as part of a scrum team consisting of people and coding agents
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: define, design, develop, test, and deploy
Use CI/CD tools to build, test, secure, and deploy
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to deliver tangible value

Requirements

What you’ll need

Applicants MUST be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Must be ready and excited to work in an agent-in-the-loop software development lifecycle
Demonstrated experience using Claude Code to write production grade software
3+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer
3+ years’ experience in Angular and/or React frameworks, including hands-on experience building web applications
Experience building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, JSON, etc.
Deep understanding of how to get the best out of Claude Code, affordably
Strong HTML, CSS, JSON, jQuery, and JavaScript skills
Excellent understanding of front-end best practices
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and front-end integration
Good grasp of usability and interaction design
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong technical, critical, and analytical thinking
Effective communication and coordination skills
Ability to update and manage GitHub repositories
Familiarity with the Azure Cloud Platform
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, preferred
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
Experience using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps preferred
