About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and enhancement of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Develop and maintain automations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and App Engine
Support the creation and maintenance of integrations with REST and SOAP APIs and external systems
Develop and make adjustments to Business Rules
Support the creation and maintenance of UI Actions
Support interface development using UI Builder
Contribute to analyses and adjustments in Platform Analytics
Participate in identifying and resolving issues in accordance with development best practices
Collaborate with the team, contributing to the quality and evolution of solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic knowledge of or initial experience with ServiceNow
Knowledge of App Engine
Knowledge of JavaScript/Scripting
Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations
Familiarity with Business Rules
Familiarity with UI Actions
Knowledge of or exposure to Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
Knowledge of or exposure to UI Builder
Basic knowledge of Platform Analytics
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Interest in development and technical growth on the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow CSA certification is a plus
Experience with ServiceNow development or support is a plus
Knowledge of microservices and integrations with external systems is a plus
Experience with process automation is a plus
Knowledge of other development technologies is a plus
