About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on Flow, CI&T’s Artificial Intelligence platform, supporting a data product responsible for monitoring, measuring, and governing AI usage across the organization
- Lead analyses related to the adoption, usage, efficiency, costs, and governance of AI tools
- Define and continuously improve the product’s metrics, KPIs, dimensions, and analytical models
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including events, logs, and usage metrics
- Identify patterns, trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities, translating analyses into actionable recommendations
- Build and continuously improve dashboards, scorecards, and indicators using Power BI and Grafana
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Data teams to define instrumentation, events, and product measurement requirements
- Ensure the consistency, traceability, and governance of business rules and indicators
- Present analyses and recommendations to technical, business, and leadership stakeholders
- Serve as a technical reference in Analytics, supporting decision-making and advancing the team’s analytical maturity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in Data Analytics and working with complex business problems
- Advanced SQL skills for exploring, transforming, and analyzing large volumes of data
- Experience with Python and data analysis and processing libraries
- Strong experience with Power BI, including building dashboards and indicators to support decision-making
- Knowledge of Grafana for visualizing and monitoring operational metrics
- Experience defining KPIs, metrics, dimensions, and analytical models
- Ability to conduct exploratory analyses and identify patterns, anomalies, and relationships among different indicators
- Strong data storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex analyses into recommendations for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and metrics related to the usage of AI solutions
- Autonomy to lead analytical investigations and influence Product and business decisions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a technical reference for different stakeholders
- Nice to have: experience with Data Products and Product Analytics
- Nice to have: experience with data governance, risk, compliance, or observability
- Nice to have: experience with adoption, consumption, cost, and efficiency metrics for AI products
- Nice to have: knowledge of telemetry, events, and observability for digital platforms
- Nice to have: experience in large-scale data environments or enterprise platforms
