About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build reliable analytical models and datasets
- Structure official metrics and indicators
- Work on the Refined/Analytics layer
- Ensure consistency across data, metrics, and dashboards
- Support Power BI and other data consumers
- Create reusable models for products and the platform
- Work closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers
- Support the definition of data quality and reconciliation rules
- Contribute to the data catalog, documentation, and lineage
- Reduce reliance on consumer-specific solutions
- Connect data engineering with the platform’s analytical consumption layer
- Transform raw data into reliable, reusable information aligned with the needs of products, the platform, and leadership
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Analytics teams to transform data into actionable information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer with a strong analytical focus
- Proficiency in SQL and dimensional/analytical modeling
- Experience building reusable datasets and analytical models
- Knowledge of Databricks/Lakehouse
- Experience with Grafana, Power BI, or other BI tools
- Ability to translate business needs into metrics and data models
- Experience defining and standardizing KPIs and metrics
- Knowledge of data quality, lineage, and governance
- Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business teams
- Critical mindset for identifying inconsistencies across data sources, metrics, and dashboards
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights and information
