Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience developing Android applications, supported by a strong portfolio of applications or relevant projects
  • Proficiency in Kotlin, including its core language features, object-oriented programming, and modern development practices
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile application development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and implementation to testing, release, maintenance, and support
  • Proven experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) and an understanding of sharing code across mobile platforms
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience integrating Android applications with backend services
  • Understanding of Android design principles, interface guidelines, and UI/UX standards for building accessible, intuitive, and consistent applications
  • Experience identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, analyzing memory usage, and optimizing application responsiveness using appropriate profiling and debugging tools
  • Proficiency with Git or other code versioning tools for source code management and collaborative development
  • Understanding of maintainable code practices, code organization, and automation techniques that support reliable and efficient development
  • Ability to investigate technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions
