Lead the development of mobile solutions using Flutter
Ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong command of Flutter for building and maintaining native and hybrid applications
Experience with modern Front-End development practices
Experience supporting integrations with Java
Strong experience with advanced testing
Experience in mobile software architecture
Experience conducting code reviews
Practical experience working in product environments and multidisciplinary squads
Ability to guide, inspire, and accelerate the team's technical development
Proactive approach to anticipating bottlenecks and proposing architectural improvements
Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
