About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enhance CI&T Flow by contributing to a secure, observable platform designed for AI-based products and solutions
Develop and enhance authentication and authorization features, including centralized login and role-based access control
Build and enhance mechanisms for auditing and tracking platform events
Implement metrics, logs, and dashboards for solution observability
Develop integrations with identity providers and internal platform services
Integrate developed modules into the portal and Flow’s core components
Participate in discovery sessions, technical refinements, and solution definition with the team
Create tests and contribute to application quality, security, and maintainability
Document technical decisions and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in full-stack development using React and TypeScript on the frontend
Experience in backend development using Node.js, NestJS, or equivalent technologies
Knowledge of authentication and authorization, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and RBAC
Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions
Knowledge of Kubernetes and GitOps concepts
Familiarity with observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or equivalent solutions
Experience with AWS or Azure
Familiarity with Generative AI and the use of AI tools in software development
Preferred: experience with Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID, or Azure AD B2C
Preferred: knowledge of Backstage or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
Preferred: experience with Argo CD or Crossplane
Preferred: knowledge of multicloud environments
Preferred: experience using AI coding tools throughout the development lifecycle
