Key responsibilities & impact

Work across the entire product lifecycle, from feature conception through the delivery of product-related services
Monitor testing activities
Deploy to production
Provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvement
Develop services for one of Brazil’s largest banks
Resolve bugs, incidents, and technical issues within the appropriate timeframe
Propose technical improvements
Write unit, functional, and performance tests
Instrument applications to collect performance information, logs, and metrics
Collaborate with the team and the client
Follow the policies and processes defined by the client

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with object-oriented languages: Java, JavaScript (BFF), and Kotlin
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Familiarity with software development best practices: TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and Hexagonal Architecture
Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and PostgreSQL databases
Knowledge of the HTTP/HTTPS protocols
Experience with Git, Git Flow, and Swagger
Ability to resolve technical issues (bugs, incidents, and analyses) within the appropriate timeframe and propose improvements
Experience writing unit, functional, and performance tests
Ability to instrument applications to collect performance information, logs, and metrics (Sonar, Grafana)
Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach with the team and the client
Commitment to following the policies and processes defined by the client
[Optional] Knowledge of Spring Boot and/or Javalin
[Optional] Familiarity with NoSQL databases
