Requirements
What you’ll need- Professionals located in Brazil
- Solid knowledge of Java; experience with Java 8 or earlier / Java EE is a plus
- Understanding of standard web architectures and technologies
- Practical proficiency with Maven
- Knowledge of information security concepts and code vulnerability remediation
- Strong practices for recording, structuring, and managing technical information
- Comfortable interacting and communicating directly with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis
- Ability to work independently and seek solutions without micromanagement
- Strong analytical skills and an inclination for research
- Comfortable working with loosely structured routines and sudden demand spikes
- Active collaboration and strong interpersonal skills
- Nice to have: experience using GenAI to improve development efficiency
- Nice to have: knowledge of or experience with IWS, DataPower, or WebSphere
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of Struts, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, and JavaScript
- Nice to have: experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
