About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on a specialized squad focused on building, evolving, and maintaining test automation architectures
Create robust, scalable automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines
Ensure broad test coverage across Web, Mobile, and APIs
Develop, architect, and maintain automation frameworks and framework foundations for Web, Mobile, and REST APIs
Integrate and optimize automated test execution in CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous feedback
Analyze complex test scenarios and transform them into clean, reusable, and maintainable code
Collaborate with development teams and clients to align automation strategies, mocks, and test data
Monitor, analyze, and address flaky tests and failures in automated test executions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in at least one programming language used in automation, preferably JavaScript
Solid experience with automation frameworks, including Playwright and Selenium
Advanced experience with REST API testing and automation using tools such as RestAssured, Spring Cloud Contract, Cypress, and Supertest
Practical knowledge of CI/CD strategies and tools, including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins
Knowledge of version control using Git
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Ability to translate requirements into effective automation strategies
Excellent communication skills for direct technical interaction with clients
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to anticipate complex scenarios, edge cases, and non-obvious application behaviors
Adaptability to work autonomously in dynamic, iterative delivery environments
