About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote a culture of quality and test automation
- Enable the use of automated tests within the development pipeline
- Implement quality monitoring, alerts, and metrics
- Track quality metrics and propose the necessary improvement actions
- Plan and oversee the creation and validation of test scenarios
- Plan and execute functional and exploratory testing
- Plan and implement automated test flows
- Plan and execute testing and quality activities for a major banking client
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with software quality processes applied in agile environments
- Ability to analyze functional and non-functional requirements and write test scenarios and plans that ensure defined objectives are met
- Strong communication skills to engage both the team and the client
- Experience with tools for functional, integration, regression, and load/performance test automation (a plus)
- Experience with UI and API test automation (a plus)
- Knowledge of automated testing strategies and continuous quality (a plus)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation into deployment pipelines (a plus)
