About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a financial services client in partnership with CI&T
- Perform code quality testing
- Develop test automation
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including refinement, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with the team to propose and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and compliance with best practices
- Work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, facilitating information exchange and alignment of objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with test automation
- Proficiency in Java and Rest Assured for developing test automation
- Interest in learning and using generative AI in testing activities
- Experience with Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Octane (preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools, such as GitLab
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products
- Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprints, and reviews
- Knowledge of generative AI (a plus)
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud (a plus)
