About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle N1/N2 incident support, ensuring prompt investigation and resolution of issues in production environments
  • Perform technical failure analysis, identifying root causes and proposing workaround or permanent solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and restore operations
  • Monitor operational and efficiency metrics, proactively identifying risks and issues
  • Support the maintenance of application stability and the continuity of business-critical services
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases, including troubleshooting guides and operating procedures
  • Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities to reduce repetitive operational tasks
  • Support impact analysis in production environments and the enhancement of metrics and monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience providing system support and application maintenance in production environments
  • Knowledge of Python and React
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases
  • Experience with version control and code quality tools: Git, Subversion (SVN), and Sonar
  • Experience with Jenkins or CI/CD tools
  • Experience with incident management and application support workflows
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases
  • Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI skills is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI models is a plus
  • Knowledge of context in AI is a plus
  • Dynamic and proactive profile, with a strong sense of responsibility for production environments
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with different departments and vendors
  • Ability to analyze problems quickly and act with a sense of urgency
  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on operations and support processes
