About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic squads, balancing technical excellence, results delivery, and people management
- Ensure delivery efficiency and the adoption of engineering best practices
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s product and business, including the roadmap, operational metrics, and outcome drivers
- Work with Agile practitioners and engineers to promote agile practices and optimize processes
- Ensure that deliverables are aligned with the client’s priorities based on Lean Digital principles and engineering best practices
- Connect squad members and foster an engaged, collaborative environment
- Support professionals through regular conversations, providing feedback and identifying risks or support needs
- Manage team well-being matters, overtime, vacation, and operational issues
- Ensure effective onboarding for new team members
- Build relationships with stakeholders, Product Coordinators, Technical Leads, and Product Owners (POs)
- Monitor risks related to absences and vacations and propose solutions to prevent impacts on delivery
- Support initiatives involving modularization, workflow improvements, and technical and design quality
- Connect different areas of CI&T with the client, promoting collaboration and efficiency
