About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the release lifecycle for the Wholesale Salesforce delivery pipeline
- Ensure secure deployments, traceability, environment stability, and continuous CI/CD improvement
- Coordinate squads, architecture, DevSecOps, and governance (GMUD/RDM)
- Monitor pipelines and deployments, identify failures, and support their resolution
- Validate packages and ensure the correct execution of deployment steps
- Manage branches, merges, and the release calendar, including staging and production releases
- Keep release notes and documentation up to date
- Create and track RDMs, ensuring compliance and alignment across versions and environments
- Serve as the point of contact between development, architecture, DevSecOps, and infrastructure
- Automate notifications and implement improvements to CI/CD workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Salesforce, Apex, metadata, SFDX, and deployments using package.xml
- Strong knowledge of Git, branching, squash merges, and conflict resolution
- Experience with CI/CD, preferably GitHub Actions, including troubleshooting
- Familiarity with GMUD/RDM and sandbox and production environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and process automation
- Clear and proactive communication
- Strong organizational and deadline-management skills
- Analytical ability to diagnose and resolve failures
- Collaborative approach and the ability to guide technical teams
