About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and support agile teams, ensuring they maintain and increase delivery velocity
- Closely monitor throughput and productivity metrics, identifying and addressing dysfunctions
- Understand and refine requirements with support from architects
- Plan deliverables and track the team’s progress
- Remove impediments and communicate activity status
- Support discussions on solutions, internal conflicts, product-related matters, and communication with the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in project management roles
- Experience structuring and evolving a cross-functional development team
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP
- Strong knowledge of task management tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Enthusiasm and openness to using Generative AI in day-to-day work and encouraging its adoption by the team
- Ability to build relationships of trust with colleagues and partners
- Experience in risk management
- Experience managing scope and roadmaps, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
- Experience with Salesforce teams and/or knowledge of CRMs and workflow tools is a strong plus
