About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and orchestrate generative AI agents for voice and chat channels
- Operate GPU infrastructure on Oracle Cloud (OCI)
- Implement low-latency, high-accuracy conversational flows
- Integrate flows with legacy systems using the MCP protocol
- Ensure comprehensive observability through Langfuse
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in Next.js 16 (App Router, BFF pattern) and TypeScript
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Radix Primitives, and Storybook
- Experience with Zustand, React Query (TanStack Query), and Axios
- Experience with react-hook-form integrated with Zod validation
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript
- Proficiency in Node.js (>=18) and the NestJS 11 ecosystem
- Experience with TypeORM 0.3 and Oracle Database, including queries, cursors, packages, and PL/SQL
- Experience with Passport JWT
- Experience integrating with Keycloak (RS256/JWKS)
- Knowledge of multi-tenant routing (cdEmpresaPlano) is a plus
- Experience with Vitest and Playwright (unit and E2E/mock testing)
- Experience with Jest for unit, E2E, and parity comparison testing
- Knowledge of agentic development is a plus
- Anthropic certification is a plus
