About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and enhance LLM-based applications and services using Python
- Design and implement RAG solutions, integrating language models with diverse knowledge sources
- Develop integrations with APIs, microservices, and existing systems
- Work with embeddings, indexing, and information retrieval using vector databases
- Contribute to AI agent-based workflows and applications
- Implement best practices for the quality, observability, and monitoring of AI applications
- Participate in technical decisions and identify improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and implement business-aligned AI solutions
- Develop Generative AI solutions, products, and platforms powered by LLMs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in software development with Python
- Hands-on experience developing and integrating LLM-based applications
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and integrating models with knowledge sources
- Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases
- Experience developing APIs and integrating services
- Knowledge of frameworks for developing LLM applications, such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, Git version control, and collaborative development
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose scalable technical solutions aligned with business needs
- Intermediate English is a plus
