About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop Python-based customer service orchestrators for voice and chat channels
  • Configure security layers using NeMo Guardrails
  • Integrate enterprise tools (CRM, Billing) through MCP Servers
  • Ensure trace instrumentation for monitoring costs and performance via Langfuse
  • Implement low-latency, high-accuracy conversational flows
  • Collaborate with SREs on deployment to OKE
  • Collaborate with data scientists to refine the quality of LLM responses
  • Develop and orchestrate Generative AI agents on GPU infrastructure in Oracle Cloud (OCI)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced Python development skills
  • Experience orchestrating LLMs with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex
  • Knowledge of Langfuse for AI agent observability
  • Prompt engineering skills
  • Experience integrating systems via APIs (REST/mTLS)
  • Nice to have: knowledge of NeMo Guardrails
  • Nice to have: familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Nice to have: experience with the OCI Generative AI SDK
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (OKE)
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Redis for context management
