About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement AI-driven agentic SDLC workflows focused on automated regression testing, application maintenance, and production validation
  • Develop and maintain AI agents for automating functional, regression, and performance testing in iOS and Android applications
  • Serve as a technical reference for the observability and reliability of native applications, including proactive monitoring, alerting, and AI-assisted incident response
  • Create agentic workflows to accelerate bug triage, root cause analysis, and production validation of fixes
  • Define and evolve the automated testing strategy for native mobile, integrating AI tools into CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
  • Maximize the use of GitHub Copilot and Claude Code for test generation, review, and validation
  • Collaborate with development and product squads to ensure quality and rapid production support
  • Ensure automation workflows comply with security and regulatory requirements
  • Document and share best practices for AI-augmented reliability engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) platforms, as a developer or quality, platform, or reliability engineer
  • Knowledge of mobile automation frameworks: XCTest/XCUITest, Espresso, Appium, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with mobile app instrumentation and observability, including crashes, traces, logs, and performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience building agents or automation workflows with LLMs applied to the software development lifecycle
  • Advanced use of GitHub Copilot and Claude Code or equivalent tools, including agentic mode
  • Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as BMAD, Spec-Kit, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools
  • Ability to integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines for test automation, triage, and validation
  • Experience with SRE practices: SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, on-call rotations, and postmortems
  • Proficiency with observability tools: Datadog, Firebase Crashlytics, Grafana, Sentry, or equivalent platforms
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Fastlane
  • Product engineering mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed environment
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact
  • Previous experience in a banking environment
  • Experience with fine-tuning or prompt engineering applied to QA and application maintenance use cases
  • Contributions to open-source projects related to mobile development or AI-powered automation
