About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery in a continuous AI-driven development model for a financial-sector project
- Govern the entire flow, coordinating people and agents to design, support, and evolve the client’s agentic transformation process
- Map and govern the SDLC Value Stream, ensuring end-to-end visibility and control
- Lead lead-time reduction and continuous improvement of the delivery flow
- Orchestrate workflows across teams and AI agents, ensuring coordination between humans and automation
- Ensure compliance and human validation at critical points in the process
- Assess the feasibility and ROI of agentic solutions in collaboration with the AI Engineer
- Connect strategic business demands to AI-enabled technical implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Delivery Governance and software delivery flow management
- Proficiency in Agile practices and Continuous Flow (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Ability to orchestrate workflows involving AI agents and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels
- Experience leading teams and managing risks and dependencies
- Genuine interest in applying AI to the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to translate technical decisions for executives and product teams
