About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go and Python
  • Apply microservices and event-driven architecture principles to high-performance distributed applications
  • Integrate LLM capabilities into backend services
  • Implement RAG pipelines, tool calling and AI orchestration patterns
  • Build and integrate cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure
  • Implement distributed caching strategies with Redis
  • Optimize service performance, scalability and resource utilization
  • Design resilient backend architectures with fault tolerance, retries, timeouts and error-handling strategies
  • Ensure reliable communication and execution across distributed services and AI-powered workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Go (Golang) and Python
  • SAP integration with S/4HANA and ERP via OData, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs and middleware
  • Azure integration with APIM, Service Bus, Event Hubs, PostgreSQL, SQL, Entra ID, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC, Key Vault, networking and IaC
  • Experience with Redis, distributed caching, cache-aside and invalidation
  • Experience with LLM integration, tool calling, RAG and AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, Copilot)
  • Knowledge of microservices and event-driven systems
  • Knowledge of resiliency and retries
  • Preferred: BTP, CPI, MDG and Variant Configuration
