About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain the integration layer connecting AI agents to clients’ systems and CRMs
- Develop RESTful APIs and connectors using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate AI agents with enterprise systems
- Perform deep integrations with billing and CRM systems, including Salesforce/Amdocs
- Orchestrate micro-activities supporting agents, ensuring reliable and scalable data flows
- Ensure conversation context is preserved in asynchronous integrations
- Implement the Outbox pattern for messaging with OCI Streaming
- Ensure authentication and security across integrations using mTLS and OAuth2
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced proficiency in Python and/or Java
- Solid experience integrating systems through REST and gRPC APIs
- Knowledge of orchestration and messaging patterns
- Familiarity with CRMs and legacy systems
- Strong command of authentication and security practices, including mTLS and OAuth2
- Experience implementing the Outbox pattern for messaging with OCI Streaming
- Knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — optional asset
- Experience with API Gateway tools, such as OCI API Gateway — optional asset
- Experience with Salesforce/Amdocs APIs — optional asset
- Familiarity with Redis for integration state management — optional asset
- Experience with API observability practices — optional asset
