About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze data to identify patterns, opportunities, and process improvements
Create and develop agents and multi-agent systems for automation, insight generation, and decision support
Propose and implement process automation using concepts such as n8n
Integrate solutions with decision platforms such as FICO
Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data, ensuring quality and consistency
Apply GenAI to automation, data enrichment, and insight generation
Use graph techniques to detect connections, clusters, and relationship patterns among entities in the registry
Monitor technology trends and suggest continuous improvements
Create analytical reports and executive PowerPoint presentations to communicate results to leadership
Document methodologies, processes, and results
Explore emerging technologies and propose automated solutions to improve processes and the customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in data engineering or data analysis and the development of data-driven solutions
Experience with AI projects and pipeline automation
Knowledge of Python, SQL, Databricks, and PySpark
Knowledge of CI/CD and version control with GitHub
Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes
Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure/Databricks and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience or a strong interest in agents and multi-agent systems applied to analysis and automation
Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and modern automation tools is preferred
Understanding of data modeling and data quality
Knowledge of graph modeling and analysis, such as Neo4j and Graph Data Science, is a plus
Experience with n8n or other automation tools is a plus
Knowledge of Azure ML, Databricks, and AI platforms is a plus
Participation in data governance or MDM projects is a plus
Experience contributing to innovation and digital transformation initiatives is a plus
Experience with decision platforms such as FICO is a plus
Experience with projects that use graphs to analyze relationships and discover insights is a plus
