About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain analytical data models, ensuring data quality, governance, and reliability
- Build data transformation pipelines using SQL
- Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams within a Data Mesh architecture
- Contribute to best practices for code versioning and peer review
- Actively participate in Agile team ceremonies, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Delta Lake and Data Mesh environments
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Intermediate knowledge of Databricks
- Experience with code versioning in repositories
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Experience with the dbt framework (preferred)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform or Databricks Declarative Automation Bundles (preferred)
- Experience with streaming workflows (preferred)
