About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop mobile applications (SuperApps) on the Android platform using AI agents
- Participate in the redesign and modernization of the Android platform
- Reorganize end-customer journeys while maintaining existing functionality
- Ensure the seniority and quality of deliverables under your responsibility
- Participate in agile ceremonies
- Ensure code quality, unit testing, and code reviews
- Use and integrate DevOps and project management tools, such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira

Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be based in Brazil
- Essential knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and agent development to optimize processes throughout the development workflow
- Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development (SDD)
- Knowledge of Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs
- Experience in multi-repository environments using CocoaPods or SPM
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Solid experience in Android mobile development
- Knowledge of Android libraries and Kotlin
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Autonomy to solve problems and quickly adapt to new challenges
- Resilience and adaptability in adverse situations
- Knowledge of backend development in Java is a plus
