About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient fullstack applications using .NET Core and React
  • Address security vulnerabilities across frontend and backend codebases using modern secure coding standards and OWASP principles
  • Translate architectural guidelines into clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Contribute actionable technical insights to team design discussions
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, reliability, and backend/frontend interactions
  • Use AI tools and agentic workflows such as Claude Code to accelerate feature delivery, cross-file refactoring, and automated testing
  • Drive unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage
  • Enforce code quality and CI/CD standards within the development pipeline
  • Conduct peer code reviews
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Foster a collaborative, continuous-learning culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in backend development with deep expertise in .NET Core (C#)
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET and legacy ASP.NET
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • Experience using Claude Code via terminal, IDE, and GitHub integrations
  • Practical experience applying AI agents and AI-driven workflows across the software development life cycle
  • Solid understanding of SOLID and DRY principles
  • Knowledge of microservices and monolithic design patterns
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
  • Experience with query optimization and schema design
  • Familiarity with AWS, containerization, RESTful API design, Git, and automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in production environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn new languages, frameworks, and engineering tools
  • Genuine interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance development efficiency and code quality
