About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, update, and manage corporate materials and presentations for investors, analysts, and governance bodies
- Participate in the release of quarterly and annual results by preparing financial press releases, detailed spreadsheets, and annual reports
- Prepare detailed analyses of quarterly results and explain key period-over-period variances
- Evaluate the company’s performance and that of peer companies using strategic financial and operational metrics
- Research and monitor the strategy, profile, and performance of peer companies, and track trends in the IT services industry
- Monitor and manage the shareholder base and maintain up-to-date records
- Prepare regulatory documents in accordance with SEC and NYSE guidelines
- Coordinate visits and meetings with investors and sell-side analysts
- Prepare detailed profiles and update the Investor Relationship Management (IRM) system
- Contribute to the enterprise-wide implementation of artificial intelligence and automate Investor Relations activities through CI&T Flow
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Financial experience with income statements, financial analysis, balance sheets, and cash flow
- Experience in Investor Relations at publicly traded companies
- Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of financial markets and company valuation is a plus
- Interest in or experience with automation and artificial intelligence projects is a plus
