About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Based in Brazil
- Strong knowledge of Java; experience with legacy versions (Java 8 or earlier / Java EE) is a significant advantage
- Understanding of standard web architectures and technologies
- Proficiency in Maven
- Knowledge of information security concepts and code vulnerability remediation
- Strong practices for recording, structuring, and managing technical information
- Comfortable interacting and communicating directly with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis
- Ability to work independently and seek solutions without micromanagement
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Comfortable working in loosely structured environments and handling sudden demand peaks
- Active collaboration skills and strong interpersonal relationships
- Experience using GenAI to improve development efficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of or experience with IWS, DataPower, or WebSphere is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Struts, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, and JavaScript is a plus
- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, is a plus
