About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support, administration, and ongoing enhancement of Institutional Security systems
Support solutions for pedestrian and vehicle access control, camera monitoring, and alarm management
Work with platforms from Telemática, Johnson Controls, ADB Services (Next View), and Trielo
Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests, ensuring system availability and reliability
Perform parameterization, configuration, and monitoring of integrations between physical security systems and corporate applications
Execute queries and analyses in Oracle and SQL Server databases for diagnosis and support
Support application maintenance activities in JBoss application server environments
Translate business needs into technical solutions and address functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with architects, analysts, Product Owners, vendors, and technology and business teams
Maintain ongoing communication with various departments to ensure alignment, expedite problem resolution, and deliver service excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Based in Brazil
Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases, including SQL queries
Knowledge of JBoss environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact effectively with business departments, vendors, and technical teams
Interest in working with mission-critical corporate systems related to Institutional Security
Preferred: experience with or knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and physical security
Preferred: knowledge of Next View (ADB Services), Telemática, Johnson Controls, or Trielo solutions
Preferred: experience supporting applications and managing vendors
Preferred: knowledge of ITIL and operations and support processes
