Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain application features using .NET and C#
Build frontend UI, backend, and API code based on project needs
Create and maintain integrations with enterprise systems and external platforms
Work with senior engineers on technical decisions, code reviews, and implementation
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
Use AI-assisted development tools for productivity, troubleshooting, and documentation
Write clean, well-organized, and testable code following established patterns
Participate in Agile meetings and collaborative problem-solving sessions
Troubleshoot application issues and help ensure integrations work reliably
Deliver reliable, well-organized code meeting engineering standards
Contribute to UI, API, and integration work
Support consistent, automated, and repeatable software delivery practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience developing applications with C# and .NET
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Understanding of full-stack application development (frontend and backend)
Understanding of enterprise integration patterns
Experience with relational databases and SQL
Experience with Git and collaborative software development
Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD practices
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with senior engineers
Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools, or willingness to learn them
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Preferred: Experience integrating enterprise applications such as CRM, middleware, and policy administration platforms
Preferred: Exposure to Salesforce, MuleSoft, or IBM enterprise technologies
Preferred: Experience with complex business workflows or data-intensive applications
Preferred: Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or insurance
Preferred: Familiarity with cloud environments and modern deployment practices
Preferred: Experience working in teams that use AI tools in software development
