About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate existing Salesforce org configuration, integrations, and data model
- Identify technical gaps, scalability issues, and quick-win improvement opportunities
- Define target-state recommendations for global rollout across Sales, Service, and Opportunity Management
- Partner with the Data Strategist to align CRM and MDM approaches
- Support documentation of sequencing, dependencies, and technical risk log
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud essential; Service Cloud a plus)
- Strong understanding of global rollout strategies and org consolidation
- Hands-on ability to analyze configuration and provide architecture-level insights
- Experience engaging with business stakeholders and translating requirements into actionable recommendations
