Serve as a technical point of reference for engineering teams, supporting decisions and providing direction
Mentor and develop professionals, fostering autonomy, collaboration, and technical growth
Facilitate discussions, alignment, and the resolution of complex problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Software Architect, Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or in similar roles
Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
Knowledge of software architecture, microservices, APIs, and systems integration
Experience working in corporate environments and on medium- to high-complexity projects
Knowledge of software engineering practices and CI/CD
Experience with or knowledge of Generative AI and LLM integration
Cloud experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead meetings and presentations with clients and leadership teams
Ability to adapt communication for technical and executive audiences
Strong influencing, negotiation, and consensus-building skills
Active listening, maturity, and the ability to handle conflicts and differing perspectives
Experience leading and developing people
Business acumen and the ability to connect technical decisions to client objectives
