About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a technical reference for client teams, supporting decisions related to architecture, development, and SDLC evolution
- Implement and adapt Flow offerings to each project's technical context
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency in software development
- Support the adoption of AI Coding tools and AI-assisted development practices
- Develop and enhance software solutions in production environments
- Support technology modernization, architecture, and platform evolution initiatives
- Mentor software developers and promote engineering best practices and effective use of AI
- Assess the results of solution adoption and contribute to team autonomy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in software development and applications running in production environments
- Solid knowledge of the SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, operations, and maintenance
- Experience with Generative AI and LLMs applied to software development
- Hands-on experience with AI Coding, code generation, testing, documentation, or automation of development activities using AI
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and best practices for interacting with LLMs
- Familiarity with AI Agents, RAG, and different LLM models and providers
- Experience with the architecture and development of distributed applications
- Knowledge of Java, Node.js, Python, .NET, or another modern backend language
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and databases
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and automation
- Strong communication skills, technical influence, and a consultative approach
- Advanced English proficiency for written and verbal communication
- Preferred: experience with Agentic SDLC or AI agent-assisted development
- Preferred: knowledge of Spec-Driven Development or Contract-First development
- Preferred: experience modernizing legacy systems using AI
- Preferred: knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
- Preferred: experience with observability, security, and performance in distributed systems
- Preferred: consulting experience or experience embedded in client projects
