About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key developer within CI&T teams
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and delivery
Evaluate emerging technologies and their impact on the technology roadmap
Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards
Implement performance tuning strategies
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and support rapid deployment cycles
Research and implement cutting-edge development practices and tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in a wide range of programming languages and frameworks, including .Net, C/C++, Flutter, Python, Node.js, and React
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated testing frameworks
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Advanced English proficiency, capable of engaging in technical discussions and documentation
Familiarity with open-source projects and contributions to community projects is a plus
