About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate squads and organize the workflow across operational demands, platform enhancements, and strategic initiatives
  • Translate strategic direction into execution plans, priorities, and trackable deliverables
  • Manage team roadmaps, backlogs, capacity, risks, dependencies, and deadlines
  • Lead key squad ceremonies, including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure clear responsibilities, initiative tracking, and delivery progress
  • Identify and address impediments that may compromise team capacity, quality, or predictability
  • Provide leadership and stakeholders with visibility into status, capacity, risks, and outcomes
  • Balance support and maintenance demands with platform evolution, protecting the capacity allocated to strategic initiatives
  • Serve as the link between leadership, Product, Tech Leads, Architecture, Data, and other Flow teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience leading or coordinating Technology or Data squads
  • Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, capacity, risks, and dependencies
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and facilitating squad ceremonies
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience working with products, digital platforms, or highly complex technology environments
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution plans and track results
  • Knowledge of Data & Analytics, architecture, and data engineering concepts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and business audiences
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and impediment-resolution skills
  • Experience in people leadership, team development, and building collaborative environments
  • Preferred: experience with data platforms, Data Products, or Data Platforms
  • Preferred: experience with Artificial Intelligence-based products or platforms
  • Preferred: experience in environments with multiple squads and highly complex dependencies
  • Preferred: knowledge of team flow, capacity, efficiency, and predictability metrics
  • Preferred: familiarity with data platform governance and operations practices
