About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain high-performance software
Translate business requirements into source code and scalable systems
Integrate Generative AI and LLM solutions throughout all stages of the SDLC
Participate in planning, requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
Support the adoption of AI coding tools and AI-assisted development practices
Support technology modernization, architecture, and platform evolution initiatives
Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices and the effective use of AI
Evaluate the outcomes of solution adoption and contribute to team autonomy
Participate in refinement meetings and Agile ceremonies, assisting with time and resource estimates
Follow architectural standards, including microservices and design patterns
Build efficient data flows using SQL/NoSQL databases and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
Ensure stability and quality through automated testing, code reviews, and Clean Code principles
Investigate, diagnose, and fix complex defects in code, data, or production environments
Document code and technical processes and stay current with technologies and market trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Development with Java 17 and 11 and Spring Boot 3
Front-end development with Angular 17 and 8
Development with JavaScript/TypeScript 4
Development with Node.js
Knowledge of Design Patterns, OOP, SOLID, KISS, DRY, and YAGNI
Knowledge of Kafka
Knowledge of hexagonal architecture
Experience with automated testing
Experience with Git
Knowledge of databases
Knowledge of RESTful APIs
Knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Copilot
Knowledge of the Azure platform
Experience with agentic frameworks and methods (AISDD, Spec-Kit, or similar) is a plus
Experience with COBOL is a plus
