About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide InnerSource consulting for a major client
Support the collaborative expansion of a platform used by business areas and other products
Structure and mature contribution and development processes, methodologies, and documentation
Analyze repositories and propose improvements to architecture, quality, and documentation
Design and implement the testing strategy, including the test pyramid
Define the integration of AI agents into the development lifecycle (AI-DLC), including standards, guardrails, and review criteria
Support contributor and maintainer teams in adopting the InnerSource model
Lead alignment with stakeholders and leadership, from scope definition through results tracking
Train teams in InnerSource and engineering best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a Software Architect
Java 17 or higher and Spring
Angular and TypeScript
Python
Microservices and REST API design
Automated unit, integration, and API testing
Clean Code and SOLID principles
CI/CD and Git in environments with many repositories and teams
Experience with contribution workflows and pull request reviews across multiple teams
Use of AI tools in software development, including Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
Nice to have: knowledge of InnerSource
Nice to have: experience with AI-DLC or AI agents
Nice to have: experience designing testing strategies at scale, including contract testing and API testing
Nice to have: experience in a large-scale corporate environment
