About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interact with multiple teams to define and implement scalable and secure solutions
Participate in the delivery and defense of technical and architectural solutions for different business problems
Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met
Lead and train Developers, including succession planning, talent mapping, and technical guidance
Lead the team technically and enable development of applications using new technologies
Participate in design and architecture discussions
Create and maintain the product backlog with Squad Leaders and the client
Break down user stories into manageable tasks
Ensure solutions follow security and performance best practices
Create and maintain design and other client-required documentation
Communicate with customer team members about technical solutions
Understand requirements and select appropriate frameworks for viable technical solutions
Guarantee a stable and productive development environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership
Comfort learning new frameworks
Experience designing software architecture and defining frameworks and technologies
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with web stack: React, Next.js, HTML, TypeScript, and CSS
Ability to create proofs of concept and code complex mechanisms
Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day
Ability to share knowledge with more junior team members
Knowledge of non-functional requirements, including performance, security, privacy, and GDPR
Knowledge of Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, and clean coding
Knowledge of unit, integration, and E2E testing
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
