About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the software engineering team
- Plan sprints
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks
- Ensure delivery quality
- Guide the team in implementing best practices, including code reviews and pair programming
- Mentor engineers in their technical development
- Lead the adoption of AI tools, such as Copilots and LLMs, to automate tasks, accelerate testing, and optimize the development lifecycle

- Ensure Java microservices solutions are high-performing, secure, and well integrated
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong prior experience as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead working with the Java and Spring Boot ecosystem
- Strong command of microservices architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with messaging tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and integrating LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) into applications
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation pipelines
- Ability to motivate, engage, and unlock the team’s technical potential
- Ability to translate highly technical concepts for leadership and business stakeholders
- Focus on incremental delivery, adaptability, and solving complex problems
