About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the construction, deployment, and evolution of the Agentic SDLC platform
- Serve as the primary technical authority for the initiative
- Architect, implement, and operate LiteLLM as a centralized AI Gateway for Foundation Models
- Configure authentication, authorization, IAM, secrets management, quotas, rate limiting, routing, and fallbacks
- Design and maintain highly available, secure, scalable, and resilient AWS infrastructure
- Implement comprehensive observability for token usage, costs, latency, errors, and tracing, along with FinOps metrics
- Build and integrate MCP Servers, agents, skills, plugins, and tools such as Jira, Git, and Playwright
- Establish guardrails, security policies, auditing, and governance for AI usage
- Develop and evolve a reusable catalog of agentic artifacts and prompts
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Cloud, and DevOps teams
- Support teams in adopting the new model and ensure solution delivery to production by leading a team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Principal/Expert-level experience in Software, Platform, or Cloud Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, cloud architecture, and automation/IaC
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or Node.js development
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, microservices, and distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of APIs, gateways, networking, CI/CD, and observability
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- End-to-end ownership, from architecture through production
- Clear communication skills
- Nice to have: LiteLLM, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic/Claude, Claude Code, and Kiro
- Knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and multi-agent systems development
- Knowledge of FinOps for GenAI, OpenTelemetry, guardrails, and AI security
- Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and Golden Paths
